Meaning the mortgage interest deduction is virtually worthless to a family buying a median priced home.

It is the same thing a broker will do when he is trying to hire an experienced agent from another firm.

He didn't even show up to move his stuff, he hired friend of friend to help him loaded his unpack stuffs.

Hiring a property manager to manage them would be a great idea, and building the PM fees into your margin calculations is important.

And of course no newbies have to be very experienced builder.. there is no loan that is more risky than a construction loan for a lender as a builder you know all that can go wrong.I was building in one subdivision and builder came in hired a crappy framing crew and the house ended up 3 inchs off of plumb..

Know virtually nothing about finding and working with these folks.  

The last guy I hired from Angie's List that had good reviews did an 'ok' job on one of my properties out there.  

Or, must you hire TD attorney, etc.?

I am thinking that I would be most interested in buy and hold rentals but honestly am still very open at this point as I have virtually no substantial experience in real estate.

How ever, any ideas on how to get his info to hire a collections agentcy and get my money back?
