Prices are up 9% this year and growth is at 3% so I'm probably safe for a few years.

Idaho Falls is a nice area though due to its growth taxes are really quite high.

We feel (as do other authors we have read) that a college education is important to gain much needed academic knowledge and personal growth/maturity. 

The job growth has contributed a lot to this city. 

If you're thinking on a longer time horizon, there's sizable population growth forecasted for Utah (some say population should double by 2050 in the state) and holding over the next many years to build equity, even if you're just breaking even, will put you in an enviable position in several years.

Make sure that you are investing and growing your portfolio before tackling anything that could slow your growth.
