I was just in Ogden as a fiend of mine has a house there.

During this recent discovery phase where they kept asking for more docs, I learned that they were incorrectly calculating my debt to income ratio....they had mine at 44.5% and the max for the loan/lender was 45%. 

The house right across from mine is a few hundred square feet smaller and it sold for over $400K and that was purchased about 6 months after I moved in.
