I am not sure if this will be as official to call it a "meetup"... but I'd like to just grab coffee and shoot the breeze with some local investors (or those who inspire to be investors).

Actually the guy i took inspiration from does it, I'm not sure if it's a management type thing How you were doing it I think what he does is open up an llc As a corporate apartment For employees. 

I also have a passion for building businesses, working out, inspiring others, technology, sports, and people.

I will have addressed pretty much all the systems so in theory it should stabilize, but my experience with this place so far doesn't inspire confidence. 

Inspiring story to be sure.  

There are some people who genuinely fall on hard times, and that I would understand and probably provide more leeway, but Im dealing with a completely different beast in my scenerio.Just amazes me that people can feel entitled to live in your house for free, and then your the bad guy when you try to get them out.Lesson learned!

This post was inspired by the Book on Estimating Rehab Costs by J Scott, where he mentions this about carpet: "Higher-density padding can make lower-end carpet feel like upgraded carpet, and pad is considerably cheaperthan carpet; choosing a nice pad can improve the feel of your low-end carpet considerably."
