In this game we are targeting properties.... but we are also targeting unsophisticated sellers. 

But don't play games with me because I will out game a newbie every time.

To me, this is what it means to be a truly professional RE investor, as opposed to a gambler ... not saying that I'm 100% there yet, but this is the end game for me at least.

All three go hand in hand, you can't simply select one or two aspects and play the game without being called out by authorities.  

But again, I'm just a kid, and I'm sure people who have been in this game a lot longer in SoCal than I have (like @Matt R. and @Steve Short above) can give some better advice.Thanks for sharing your purchase Logan.

There have been a multitude of warnings on this site about Hubzu and their title company...and yours is just another prime example of why investors should not look at saving pennies when they're leaving dollars on the table by using any title company with a clear record of incompetence.

As they say "numbers don't lie" but some in this game edit numbers let's say when financial gain in their favor.
