Numbers look, how is the the neighborhood.

Can the city just say "We don't want a rooming house on this street because it could negatively affect the neighborhood?"

This property is located in Harrison NJ which is a growing neighborhood due to the easy commutes it provides to Manhattan.

Hopefully the class will have a test prep portion to it as well to help you pass.It's best to interview at least 3-5 brokerages to see who will be a good fit for you, your lifestyle and your personality.

I have found it somewhat difficult to find multifamily units in the central Florida area that are not in bad neighborhoods. 

So you get a house in a 150k neighborhood for 40k cash and then you have plenty of room to redo the kitchen and baths plus put on a new roof.

The trick in dale city is to analyze each neighborhood separately, there seems to be a lot of variability.
