What a great resource for all real estate professionals to get together to share questions and answers to real world obstacles.I brought up this topic in a forum last week but was taken down as I posted the url to my blog.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

My tenant  screening service which I have trusted for 9 years now qualified him through their checks, despite my investigating discovered a previous landlord reference to be inacurrate by phone number which he seemed very apologetic about.

Most here are in similar businesses, so it shouldn't be too hard to discover.

My name is Mike and like many others here I am relatively new to the site and to REI, but I have been taking advantage of all that is available here to learn from including blogs, podcasts and the forums as well as book recommendations. 

Just like the property owner / landlord has rights so does the tenant, which are often not discovered until the situation enters a court of law. 

I came to BP because I have been doing a lot of reading recently ( Books, blogs etc.) and I want to further my education.
