I like the flipping aspect because it would give me a way to produce capital quickly to invest into other properties.

I cast another vote for @Jay Hinrichs, because he plays, in a big way, on the cutting edge of what is happening in multiple aspects of the real estate world. 

That is a function of Net ROI which is in turn a function of leverage, asset allocation and location, operational aspects and risk tolerance.

Hello im having a hard to getting started in real estate. im not sure where to start in what aspect of REI i should get into. theres so many options and i want to do all but im starting off with limited knowledge of REI.

There are many different aspects of a person to consider, sometimes it's not as easy as going by numbers and you'll need to look at it on a case-by-case basis.Some of the aspects to look at are:-Get a credit report (not just score, but find out if they have any collections, etc.)
