It has been listed for a couple of months now and not selling and here is what I know:It was purchased in 4 or 5 months ago as a short sale for 150kThe owner put mayyybe 15K into fixing a few things like electric, the porch, etc.

I'd really prefer not to have to pay realtor fees.  

Then, I'll try a couple flips when I have more time and have networked with local contractors I trust

clean garageI ask this for a couple of reasons and here is my thinking:1.  

I know SLRIA does a monthly lumcheon (3rd Friday of each month) and that @Jeff Rappaport hosts a couple events geared towards Bigger Pockets members. 

I appreciate the input on a couple past post I made in reference to this deal.

I will be closing on my first deal in the next couple weeks and I have the funds for purchase and closing.

I don't invest as much as you in debt, I prefer equity but your track record in PoL is excellent.  

Which one would you prefer?

Prefer a smaller firm where I can deal with the same person instead of multiple partners, and get closings scheduled fast.Thanks for any suggestions!
