Yes, the annual fees are staggering and a complete waste if you don't take advantage of all the perks but if utilized correctly I always get more in travel vouchers and other value than the cost of the annual fees.

This is a simple repair and the correct cement is the vinyl concrete patcher which is high strength and fast setting.

So maybe hold off a bit and see what the market does it shot pretty high pretty fast and most of my colleagues believe we’re seeing a correction.

But if the article is correct, and I go to sell the home later, I would owe 25% of whatever depreciation I took this year later on down the road.
