Do I just continue to pay a little extra on each one.Do I save so I can pay cash for a BRRR house or maybe a $45K renovated, move in ready house or do I take that same money and just pay off the $36K mortgage?

My plan is to continue investing there, I have a good paying job so I live as far below my means as I can to save money and keep investing. 

I already have a duplex there and plan on continuing to invest in that area.   

This is not going to continue. 

Have worked with many tradesmen in the past (some gravy and some not so gravy)I'll be happy to continuously update here so that others can learn and connect with for their own projects!

Should I give her the $20,000 or use the $30,000-$40,000 to purcharse another duple, and just continue to pay her the $500 for the duration of the 5 years?
