I am Investor with a construction company.

Construction is wrapping up by this point and far enough along that the property shows well in the video. 

I did six live-in flips and did most of the work myself, but I didn't mind going slowly and living in a construction zone. 

But could this imply that a 100% loan is possible on new construction?  

Needing a job to fund my deals (not looking to work with investors or outside sources, I want to do this all on my own, so any profit I make...is mine) my dad had some contacts at a road construction company where I got in making roughly 60k a year.

(Far North Dallas) Do you think the property will do what the Plano area is doing, after Midtown Dallas starts construction?

If you can find the right bank you might be able to get a construction loan. 

If the property is a new construction, you will pay the GST on the sales price of the property.OperationAs in most places, there will be annual property tax to the province / municipality.  

If there were any city or 3rd party inspections for construction, it would be here.Occupancy.
