If you are interested in their service (Point Central is similar) you can see what locks integrate with their software and see if any of those companies manufacture something that will work.

It doesn't count gas, software, telephone, or any other expenses yet.

If not, there is software out there like Propstream, REIPRO, FlipperForce, etc that automatically download mortgage info like mortgage original balances, estimated balances, estimated payments/rates, etc.

The software also had a state specific lease as a template.
