I think many renters are not as concerned about room size as you would be when purchasing a home, but layout, remodel date and location will play a bigger factor in the cost of rent.

My wife is concerned with investing now because she plans to go to school in about 2 years to finish her DNP and during that time (2 years) she will not be able to work nor do we know if we will even be in the same area.

Windows and smoke detectors will be our first go to purely for safety concerns.

This unit has an electric water heater, so the main concern with water is specifically HOT water.This is out of town for me, in a southern state that's an AC-dominant area.

I do have my concerns with a twisted beam, you know its the structural bone of the house keeping it together.
