I think that is what we are really looking for.We bought our other rental properties in areas we were familiar with, and knew the realtors, property managers, and contractors, so we felt comfortable with them.

Assuming your 190K on the house is correct and my lot rent calculation was right you should be looking to offer closer to 7 lots x $400 rent x 12 months x .5 (net of expenses) x 10 = $168,000 Park value + $190,000 for the house is $358,000.It's not far off the asking price, but you need to be very comfortable with the house value and your plan for it.

Run it for a few months, then have the tech swap the connections back to the old furnace and remove the new one.There is also a type of furnace called a "packaged unit", that is designed to live outdoors.

On the other hand, I know a lot of REIA's out there are designed to make money to the point I even listened to a podcast (not BP podcast) where the guest was indicating he 'owned' a REIA.I guess my short answer is it depends on the specific group.
