There is the same weekly questions over and over - ah almost forgot the ohio crew (little gang of realtors from Ohio pushing their narrative - I'm sure some have success but I have heard just as many if not more horror stories from the area, especially out of state investors who invest in Ohio).

Home prices are high here so I'm really leaning towards investing out of state or in a different part of Florida to create cash flow vs. buying a personal residence and starting my savings over from scratch to invest.Don't get me wrong, I really want to buy a place of my own that I can live in but the math is making a bit more sense to me if I invest first.

You then file the annual report each year and continue to fork over another $500 annually.Next "cheapest" will be legal zoom or a similar service, I believe they'll help roll the registration with the state into the start up package.I use "cheapest" in quotes - the primary purpose of an LLC is typically to provide some level of asset protection.

Their work isn't low quality but I disagree with some of the conclusions they came to in determining boundaries that are adjacent to ours...if I just went and marked their pins my client could 'lose' 18'-35' of their property...or almost worse, build 18' too close to the street ROW likely putting their house into the City easement...
