There was an ad about a bank that lets you set up multiple accounts within the same business account, so you could set up one for each property you own but only have one login, etc.

I'm looking for possibly an internship or an employment opportunity, I'm knew to the business however I am quite informed I just need a little direction.

Commercial is for business purposes.In most zoning, you have residential, multi-family or apartments, and commercial, but apartment use is not the same as commercial. 

Should I go find someone that really wants my business?

I'd like to get some decent cash flowing into the business before turning to rentals.

Ample room inside and out for not only your vehicles but also for a workshop, storage, home gym, perfect for car enthusiasts, business owners or hobbyist.

I would bet that most title companies who get into the 1031 business don't know how to advise on or conduct much more than the simplest of exchanges. 

Be creative in finding tenants by partnering with local, state, or even national businesses.
