The thing that you have to understand about money is that if its not moving, not growing then its losing value, losing purchasing power, period.

Parent corporate guarantee on the lease backed by a BBB- or better investment grade company. ( think thousands of locations guarantee this one location so it does not matter it loses money as they still pay the lease to protect the credit rating and borrowing power etc.)2.

I am about to purchase this...mostly because of the tools and because I'm new to this and KNOW I can succeed in the real estate business but has anyone tried this and what is your take on it?Thank you!

I have the ability to be extremely cost effective, with our properties, we spend a lot of money on material every year, and have large buying power.

Besides Power of attorney, is there a way to close, and where, without being there?

I don't want to give the impression that I just started because I have been making some good progress.To get to it I am currently in the process of building my power team.
