Or would it be better to just start with the standard 30 year loan, (payments of about $715) and refinance from there.In my mind this seems like a no brainer, pay down the loan faster while I live there, and when I move, refinance to try and get a smaller monthly payment that will cash-flow more.If any of this doesn't make sense please let me know and I will try to elaborate.
