Did incomes feel 16X?

When a sidewalk gets a crack in it like that, and winter comes and it freezes, then it melts the water goes into the crack, then it freezes again- and heaves the crack apart further because ice expands.

aren't apartment rents down 8% yr over yr in Austin?

I get the feeling they don't really know what they're doing, either.

The apartment complex (large unit counts with own maintenance staff) cannot even achieve that maintenance/cap ex.   

It's certainly a creative way to source motivated property owners, but it can also lead to manipulative tactics/practices from others by utilizing their unfortunate situation, leaving a sour feeling in my gut. 

I just feel like why would i spend $300/sqft.And thenn lets get to interest rates minimally its 7% good game.And when i see real estate sales they all dropping priceI dont want to be left holding the bag but tell me how do you do this?

For loaning money, you'll learn something about the friend and hopefully feel good being able to help someone out. 

I feel the same frustration.
