Few days ago, I was on the phone with my CPA, and he was recommending that I should switch my current LLC to sole member, because it serves same purpose, but with less headache as far as dealing with reporting financial transaction to IRS.

I would that you get a complex around 20 units so it will support property management expense of an outside source that will do what you expect and are willing to keep you up to talk on the phone.
