The world as we know it changed this week.

I was ready to rent it but am wondering if there are any unique ideas out there about a short term strategy that might be be more beneficial during this unusual World situation.

They go about their business as usual and never flash dollar bills, copies of checks, nor tell the world what their next move is.

I'm not too familiar with the wholesaling world, but there are multiple avenues for comparative analysis. 

It's either not going to be the end of world (which, of course it's not) and you'll have a great deal under your belt or it will be and who cares at that point.If you've done the math and won't go bankrupt if it's sitting empty for a month or two longer than anticipated then I'm not sure why to second-guess yourself at all; just keep going.

Hi, I'm very new to the real estate world and have some (very) basic questions about MH investing.I've been listening to a bunch of podcasts, watching tons of videos, reading books and articles, and am fortunate enough to have a friend who is a property management company CEO, but alas there are some more nitty-gritty questions that I have no clue as to what the answers are (there's so much information out there, it can be tough to sift through sometimes...).

And, sometimes people respond without reading or worse, are complete idiots and take what you said entirely out of context or, maybe you just thought they did until you go back and read what you posted and discover you were not very clear in the first place - lol - welcome to the digital world of people.
