I know myself, for a fact has learned a lot more than I could have ever imagined that I could have learned from a website!

Auditor first, use the property address to find a parcel number.Some auditor websites will have the owner's name/phone/address , some will not ,you can always trace back the history and maybe find a prior owner.

Unfortunately, others decided it was a good deal also and the website shows it sold for 94K, $9,000 over the asking price!

Can walk to brand new transit station, or drive (1/2 mile) and park there and take the train.Nice interior design.

There's a ton you can learn on this website about putting together deals, keep learning and start looking!

can anyone reccomend some good websites, or books, or trainings cd's for title holding trusts.

Just been watching the MLS and other websites here and cant beat the prices.!
