What are the rental rates for 3/2 and 2/2 single family homes, apartments and mobile homes advertised in the local newspaper and on the web?

I am not interested in buying any classes about note investing, but I found a reference to Colonial Funding Group on his web site and will check them out.

Most of these foreclosure web sites give you the exact same properties that are on the MLS.

Should I list it on one of those web sites or work with an individual?

He posted on their web site, Craig's list, Zillow, Trulia, etc. but didn't want to post a sign in front because of potential break-ins.  

I was thinking of doing something similar, including a web-based version so guests could get a feel for things before their arrival.

@Brie Schmidt, have you thought about a local PO Box, where they could drop in a mail slot?  

Well with this idea you have to consider that on a military base usually will be a place for the service member to stay while waiting for a slot to open.
