Built in the 90'sIt's about 1900 sq ft I'm getting it for the low 80's and the neighbor hood supports new construction upwards of mid to low 200's and renovated homes to mid to high 100's It looks as if they already turned the garage into a family room/denFirst my problem is the textured t111 vertical siding Second is the small windows and the lack of Windows I have read a booklet on how to renovate one of these and it seems like these can be really upgraded in a myriad of ways.  

Even thought about doing 3 at a time, having contractors move from one to the next...but now sure if the economy would support, are they even sellable?

Series work well for larger commercial investors where each series controls one multi-million dollar investment so the scale of the investor's operation supports the ongoing administrative expense of maintaining a series LLC, but the same is not true for the smaller investor.

I think this local market just does not support it. 

I've found support for the 21-day start on both sides: after surrendering the keys and also at the end of the lease.

This is a statewide organization https://www.newsreview.com/sacramento/renters-stri...They're really rallying support for putting regulations on real estate investing throughout California and there are a lot of states that are worse. 

BTW, 13500 RMB/ month is a great deal of money for most Chinese household, enough to support a middle income family.

I must also add that we had friends in the area and when the local market (highly desirable ) failed to produce cash-flow, we didn't take a methodical approach of ever widening circles - - we jumped directly to where we could gain support.
