I hate to say this....but as a Christian myself, when someone breaks a contract (as they broke your lease) and says they're "trusting things to the Lord"...I get pissed and very suspicious.

As a Real Estate Broker, buyers always question our motives, just like Attorneys, but if you trust the agent and he or she tells you this is what you have to do to get what you want, all you have to do is decide, remember there is a reason we do this for a living.

Here in CO you absolutely have to produce the original deed of trust document in order to close out a note.
