get the infrastructure in place?

Hello,For the past 6-8 months, I have been researching and monitoring raw land for sale in the Joshua Tree/Twentynine Palms area to construct a stick-built home as an eventual STR.

Focus your brain on the fact that QuickBooks is just a piece of paper on a monitor, and your keyboard is your pencil. 

No spending on infrastructure.

Then I would just monitor for a little while and see if the problem is fixed or if you need to take further measures.  

Either way they are responsible for this damage.You may want to increase your inspection interval for this property to monitor for any additional damage.Maybe they will start being more careful once you send them the bill and apply it to what they owe.

The other factors they are gong to check are infrastructure, is it near shopping, food, etc. which I am also near.

Some medical equipment hooks up that way for monitoring (less and less, but this is cheaper for fixed income, no internet required).As for coax?

I am currently putting up external cameras, have signs asking guests to respect quiet hours, have ordered a decibel monitoring device, and have visited with the police to explain I do not cater to parties.   

I guess the only real task on my part would be to monitor the content users are posting for compliance with "fair housing laws" etc and respond to complaints.
