Hi Chris, I have seen some apps that allow electronic rent payments which is my preference.

So the property I bought had previous termite damage and we are having it repaired and treated however.

This is my first extensively water damaged home that I may purchase.

I have been reading thier seems to be a lot of rules and regulations.
