I think a big fear with women I know is venturing into real estate while still having debt (student loan, auto, etc).

Hello everyone,I was wondering if anyone has nay knowledge on finding good college students to rent to.

He wants to move out and offered to sell me the condo so I could rent it out, possibly to college students.

lol I only pay for utility for student housing, and even then I feel pretty bad about it, but it's the way student rentals are done in that area.

I have student loans out and only have a co-op (internship) that rotates every other semester, so would a bank even be willing to loan to me?
