Even though we try to help and offer advice to the new folks trying to get into this crazy business, it is downright amusing seeing the growing numbers showing up asking us to analyze their potential deals and suggest areas to invest.....usually with little apparent knowledge or effort on their parts....This business has the unfortunate appearance of being 'easy money' because the stories abound about the people that are sitting on properties worth millions.

Could i get some advice from experienced folks to understand if im missing something or if im on the right track and what you would do different?

There are some freeloaders out there that desperately need evicted, but there are also hardworking folks who have been dealt a tough hand and are in a tough place. 

I have been listening to your podcasts every single day and it gives me a lot of energy, motivation and knowledge.I was wondering, are there any folks from Europe here as well? 

Not a fan of the click variety but I tell folks looking for this type to make sure the edges are deep enough to "click" together (and stay together) easily. 

Many folks are interested in the financing side.

This is no different than folks who include illegal additional dwellings as income.

If you just want to help distressed folks sell, then you may want to become a Realtor.
