I'm somewhat familiar with Charleston but do not invest there as I just choose to invest closer to me in the Huntington/Ashland, KY areas.I'm always looking to meet new people and network.

Looking for a referral for a realtor who is also an investor who is familiar with the north Dallas area.

I prefer to do my walk-throughs with the tenants so that they can call out any issues they may have noticed - they live there and will be more familiar with any changes/problems - it helps me out. 

I know accountants/attorneys are great resources, but want to get familiar with the subject myself first to ask right questions.Thanks 

I am not that familiar with this type of transaction, but may have a situation that fits the bill.

Also, does anyone have any commercial agent referrals for the San Antonio market that are familiar with the property type I'm looking for?  

Make sure you are familiar with the area when you are told about something for sale.  

I'm fairly familiar with it, but of course I've got plenty of more learning to do.

Are you familiar with Country Side (off 85), Fredericktowne Village, or Old Farm (across from Ft Detrick).
