Usually, whenever I drive by I usually take different routes and streets just to see what other properties have been listed for sale/check out new construction/flips etc going in the neighborhood.

We've leased to State and Federal Agencies, and every agency is different in how they handle their real estate transactions.

That depends on deal to deal since the condition of each property and requirements of each seller will be different. 

These are all very very different assets and require very different expertises and experiences.
