I approach every contractor as an investor and reward good work with plenty of follow up work on a future project.

I would look into those possibilities before going into a boarding house situation, as I think that would be way too much management and headache for the rewards. 

This shows me there are still some good hard-working people in the world, pushing through the tough times & are rewarded for it.  

I know that MHP ownership can be a cash flow machine, but am having trouble with the risk/reward matrix.

I believe in rewarding yourself, but only when you can easily do it, and you can pay cash.

The hardest deals seem to be the most rewarding.

This might have been intimidating at first considering the amount of work necessary to get the house back in shape but Aaron and Sean changed our perspectives by explaining that the timing for acquiring a property that may have leaking pipes and mold BEFORE it becomes unmanageable could allow serious reward in the spring time!

Therefore, you are taking on risk but rewarded much more than buying at a sheriff or trustee sale.

It can be done, and I've yet to find a more rewarding investment/passion.
