I like the west side of Cleveland, because most of the neighborhoods don't require a POS from the city.

That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level. 

I'm considering renting out each bedroom separately but want to get some tips an advise on leases, check-in/out, etc.

How is the demand for AirBnB?

I'd like to hear from those that have or currently invest out of state/area and have dealt with not being able to walk through each property and dealing with maintenance. 

We knew we always wanted to live in the mountains, and could not stop house hacking!

The plan is to live in part of the home and rent out the other rooms to cover the mortgage and generate some income.
