The City of Branson does require a business license to operate an STR if you self manage.

Unfortunately you will need to bring on a business partner for this deal.

I read a lot of books on real estate and business but the magic happened once I stopped reading and started taking action. 

I would like to add to that I've just been busy with other stuff.I keep track of income / expenses for my 3 income producing properties in a spreadsheet.I also just bought a new home last year and still trying to sell the old home.

Hey there, do you have any recommendations for an agent in the Seattle area to talk through the potential properties to operate a family entertainment style of business?  

First, get as organized as possible and present yourself as a business, even if it's just you running a business.

I originally thought it would be an issue and provided streaming Charter but when I would ask after stays I was always told either no one bothered watching TV at all (too busy at the parks, etc) or they all had their own streaming services already and didn't need any.

I do however know a few people that have scaled up STR businesses here, like one friend/client who has 12 and there are some bigger players for sure.

Those are ownership stakes in the business that owns the property, not ownership in the property itself.
