All I am saying is that you are very likely going to go from a small bad property to a bigger bad property.

Size of units (if you arent single this could be problematic)            From my experience multis that make sense from a numbers perspective are generally not in the most desired, or                  affluent areas or townsThat's all I can think of right now.

I have a plan and it is very simple all I need is the money and then I will freely be able to accomplish the goals with ease.
