I have crews of about 25 plus  admin staff . 

--I expect to spend about 20% of gross revenues in property management costs (staff, overhead, etc). 

I am 26 y/o; lived in NYC for 19 years but moved to Fort Worth, TX two years ago to pursue a full time job as a staff pharmacist.

The way I look at it is if somehow it does become some world wide number 1 currency no matter how unlikely I'd love to gamble 15k to have 1/21millionth of the world's currency but like I said I'm a gambler .

Lastly, if they have an in-house maintenance staff, you may find either improved response and quality repairs, OR, never ending and repeat repairs. 

I finally get a callback but have moved on to other work and have to get back to my question.When I told the support staff these issues they recommended that I cancel the service.  

She makes about 75K per year and works for a worldwide company that is very kind.  

Hi Account Closed,Thank you for the suggestions, I am inclined to remain patient @ the moment considering the pandemic, less staff being onsite at the courthouses etc... 

I can honestly say that neither me nor any one of my staff has ever fielded a call from the lawn mowers in unit 106 about the noise the classic car in unit 107 is making.
