I was wondering if I should get a general contractor to do all of the work or get independent sub contractors like for pouring foundation and framing etc...I was also looking at prefab walls made by wood or steel.

I’m wondering if this is because of the way i Input the ARV.

I am wondering if there are systems I could put in place to rarely have to actually go into these neighborhoods, if I were to buy?
