From what I’ve read, this seems more suited to a BRRRR strategy.

If your strategy is buy-and-hold with long-term appreciation and eventual cash flow, you'll be alright.

And those waiting for that "strategy" to work again likely won't ever do another real estate deal.Real estate investing is about adding value.

There are also those who are honest, try their best, believe, and who will win.
