I have seen many NCND's in the last year or so that could fill a wharehouse and come to think of it none of them could close the deal if their life depended on it.

I extremely interested in Wholesaling, Property Management (rentals), and of course Development.I'm looking for any help I can get because where I come from its not very likely that you will do anything with your life, and I refuse to give into that.

Personally, I'd rather have a portfolio of ten $1,000,000 properties than one $10,000,000 property, but that's just personal investing style.
