But the small percentage that are good at what they do are worth their weight in gold.  

I would not put to much weight behind the Nar stat above, no more than I would when they say the "average price of RE in the US = X" What happens in CT vs WY vs CA are huge differences and the RE market is local, not national.

I can say without a doubt that since gaining mentorship my finances have gotten better, my relationships have gotten better, my income, my skin & general health, my organization & upkeep of my house, I’ve received 3 promotions in my job, literally so much has been gained through mentorship that I’m pretty sure the only reason someone could think they don’t need a mentor in their life is because either A, they never really gave mentorship their full shot, they never sold out to it, or B, they didn’t find the right mentor/mentorship opportunity. 

The maintenance/upkeep, property taxes, and insurance will be substantial.

Wow I was under the impression that those large MF loans were all non recourse.IN our building/development world Non recourse is never discussed its all recourse and heavy weighted to experience and balance sheet 

These beneficiaries could be motivated to sell if the home is far from their location, in poor condition, or if they are unable to perform the necessary upkeep.
