I just passed the state test and need a broker sponsorship to apply for the license.I work full time and I am very happy with my day job, however, I am very passionate about real estate and will be doing this in the evenings and weekends.

I’m looking to do this part time in the evenings and weekends.

Saw a 6 unit building in scranton pa. called the owner, asked him if he would carry paper, he said he would consider it, turns out he lived in the city too, we met for a beer that night, talked terms, drove to PA that weekend, shook hands on the deal, wrote up the note and mortgage and transferred title, hired a property manager...

With that being said, if there are any investors in the Dallas Fort Worth area, I would love to work for you for free, nights and weekends. =) I am currently really interested in the brrrr strategy however, I do feel like getting my feet wet in any investing would be beneficial. 

Ill actually be in the area this weekend too.  

I do have some familiarity with the neighborhoods already, as I spend a good bit of time on the weekends visiting friends.

The counties affected will be moved to 'RED STATUS' on Friday, so Open Houses scheduled for this weekend in those counties will not be permitted.In-person showings are still allowed but should be limited to just the REALTOR® and the buyer(s)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Of course...

I fell out of one of these bunkbeds during a pheasant hunting trip.  8 guys and 3 dogs shared the room for a weekend.  

Would y'all want to meet up next week/weekend for a quick coffee and do some networking?
