Hey Mike, I had an Ohio attorney give me comments on video about inherited properties and the probate process in Ohio and what heirs can do when they want to sell the house.

I'm more interested in the buy/hold portion of real estate as it is a little easier to get a loan when you have a consistent stream of income from a typical job.

My goal for real estate investing is to create additional revenue streams so that I don't have to rely on my "day job" to support my family and can become career independent.

What I have done in the past year or so is get my DBA up and running, I ran a small pumpkin road side stand off my yard in October and absolutely fell in love with the passive income stream.

we are in house on windows, roofs, and masonry..... we still sub out the work (except masonry) but we are able to save a little and also work with other investors for other streams of income
