ThanksYoochstrictly online class, videos and practice tests. took about 3 weeks of actual studying for me (but i've been on BP and studying real estate for years) and passed on my first attempt but each state is different so my study time or methods wouldn't be the same in any other state.

Ken,I was watching some note videos last night and ran across Robert Young's website.  

At BP, not only can you network with other investors, you can get great information on real estate from online videos, courses, and Bp's podcast in itunes.

You can also create your own website advertising your properties with pictures and videos.

I've been watching real estate videos going to seminars and reading books but now it's time to get started and I'm completely stuck I want to start wholesaling then eventually rehabbing but do not know where to start and how to break down a deal I'm more of a hands on learner I would be willing to offer a 50/50 split on commission on my first deal for someone to just walk me through it never have to meet up just phone calls or inbox messages I understand time is money and we can negotiate that 50/50 I'm more about the knowledge then money at this point.

That was one thing none of the instructional videos stated.
