I had this happen to me too, i posted a note on the inside of the front door and front window so people who came to the door could at least get a warning.     

Really good way to educate yourself passively and make the most of that window time. 

You may need to pause for a second or two but a scroll list should pop up below the reply window where you can click on the name you want to mention.  

This works out well when I need him to change out a couple of window units or do sheetrock repair but to tighten a plug it's not so great.I'm interested in how folks with multiple properties have agreements in place with their maintenance crews/contractors?  

Today I went to the home going to need a lot of work but my father told me around $80,000 that includes plumbing, electrical, kitchen, renovate one bathroom add an additional bath to master suite on second floor, creating an open floor plan, finishing the basement, Vinyl siding for exterior, windows, and extensive landscaping.

Also, there's a window in the shower with a wood frame.

Replacement of roof in 2008 and windows in the year 2000. 

Also window units are very common in that area as well.
