@Stacee Evans You should be able to open a brokerage account and invest with it until the next deal comes along.There are some syndicators out there that will take than a substantial amount so you may try and find some other operators to invest with as well.

It would go from 3% to 2.5% or 2.875% and it would lower my monthly payment by 50% for 15 year loan or 67% for a 30 year loan and it would give me substantial cash flow to invest in properties.
