The likely hood that the tanks leaked is pretty high if they are of any age. 

I have had a great experience in starting this way since the rent check nearly covers the mortgage so I am living nearly mortgage free at a young age.

Our blanket policy works well for us with a housing shortage we are experiencing so there is an endless supply of qualified applicants that do not have any records or have ones that have aged out.This is just a prospective from a landlord’s perspective what you can understand where they are coming from and for other landlords to consider in their decision making.LANDLORDS: If you do not have a written policy, you could find yourself and your company in jeopardy.

As I age and mature (not to mention have kids) I'm getting more and more focused on FOCUSING.  

I'd still add in $20-$40 monthly escrow for Capital Expenses, depending on appliance and water heater age.

I've got connections as far as trim carpenters to convert an office to finer finishes, however due to the buildings age not sure if you could get it of to an "A" grade status or not....the #'s probably just would not make sense at this point.  

In a day and age where you can find almost anything you need on the internet, attorneys offer the real world application that a standard form document does not. 

Age, who pays what utilities, etc.
