If you don't have any expectations for career advancement then pushing the boundaries would be acceptable, however, if career advancement is your goal then sharing an outside interest which could detract from your job is usually not wise.

I know it might push your timeline back....but have you considered living in the property longer.

I have been reading a lot and there seems to be a push for mentors.

When you are dealing with high income people, and highly priced properties, I think that pushes a lot of agents in this area to try to have integrity in their business.

But discovering BP was the push I needed to put dreams into reality.I started my search for my first non-owner occupied property in January. 

No biting or pushing so I am comfortable here.

When I brought it up again later, they kind of pushed back by being hesitant to say anything, so I think they are trying to weasel out of it.
