Now I'm in the process of closing (have a purchase ageement and due diligence is happening this next week) on a house in Kansas City MO through Rent to Retirement. 

But long term I would like to have passive income from buying and holding that I can retire early from. 

My father-in-law was a flipper and just retired.

I am completely new to this and I am now considering a home or two in Parker/Elizabeth, CO area and a home or two in Coeur d'Alene, ID area.I will be retired the end of October and I am now considering using my extra time to fix up houses to get an even better ROI than buying ready to rent properties.

My medium term goal is In 8-10 years create a passive cash flow of about 2500 dollars a month to supplement my retirement pension.

As baby boomers are retiring and I see greater need of these facilities.

My goal is to make $5,000 a month by the time I retire in 8 years.

You probably won’t retire after your first mobile home deal, but there may be profits to be made.

Some people want extra income for retirement, to fund religious missions, control over their investments, tax advantages, freedom from their job, funding for their kids’ future, etc.

My personal goal is for an early retirement and to have some additional income to help support a more relaxed lifestyle in the future.
