I don't know about the pros, but IMO having one great site is a lot more valuable than having several that are lacking in results.

I'd be curious to see how much time it takes to do all that verification vs. what the results are.

Money laundering is not limited to drug trafficking income, it's just one of the larger and more common illegal business that results in dirty cash.

That said, I would probably make it clear to the tenants in writing with your letter that those who stay will be expected to sign leases, and during the trial period late pay/failure to pay will result in quit notices.

The biggest issue is that tenants do not clean the filters as often as they should which can result in a more extensive and costly cleaning being necessary. 

So while rentals produce returns every month, the developer/owner is still accruing interest every month.

It isn't as fancy as Top Producer.

As a result when his contract is up will either have me manage or switch to another company.
